In 2007, Valerie founded Placement Helpers to help seniors find the right housing for their needs. The company has since helped thousands of seniors find their perfect home, from independent living to assisted living to memory care.

Valerie is passionate about helping seniors live their best lives. She believes that everyone deserves to age with dignity and independence, and she is committed to providing seniors with the resources they need to make informed housing decisions.
In addition to her work at Placement Helpers, Valerie is also a frequent speaker on senior care issues. She has been featured in numerous publications, including Feature guest speaker at Seniorly most recently.

Valerie works closely with assisted living facilities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes and home care and hospice agencies. She is a member of The National Placement and Referral Alliance ( NPRA ) whose mission is to cultivate the advancement of professionalism, fairness and the development of the senior placement and referral industry through collective initiatives to better serve seniors and their families. Valerie is recognized for outstanding customer service and leadership. She is a dedicated advocate for seniors.
