This disclosure document is provided to inform you about the services offered by Placement Helpers and your rights and responsibilities as a client.
Services Provided
Placement Helpers is a referral agency that assists individuals and families in locating senior living communities including: independent living, assisted living & memory care.
These services involve:
- Assessing the client’s needs, preferences, and budget
- Providing recommendations for senior living communities
- Facilitating communication and coordination with selected communities
- Offering guidance and support throughout the placement process
Referral Practices
We only refer clients to senior living communities that:
- Are licensed under Texas law (when required)
- Have been screened and evaluated for quality and safety
- Have a current contract with Placement Helpers
- Have no ownership interest, business control or familial relationship
No Cost to You, the Client
Our services are completely free to the individuals and families we serve. We do not charge you for consultations, assessments, or guidance. You will never receive a bill or invoice from us for our assistance.
How We Are Compensated
If you or your loved one moves into a senior living community that we have referred you to, Placement Helpers will receive a referral fee from that community. This is standard practice in the senior care industry and ensures we can continue to offer our services to families at no cost.
- Typical Referral Fee Range: $3,000 – $5,500 (one-time payment)
- Referral Fee Structure: generally 70% – 85% of one month’s rent or care fees
Your Privacy and Choice
Your personal information will only be shared with communities and only for the purpose of coordinating care or setting up tours. You are under no obligation to choose any of the communities we suggest. You may discontinue our services at any time, with no penalty or cancellation fee.
Acknowledgment
By signing below, you confirm that you have received, read, and understood this disclosure statement. In accordance with Texas law, this document must be provided to you prior to receiving any senior living community recommendations from Placement Helpers.
