Don Ross is dedicated to guiding families throughout the senior living process with outstanding service. Don is a Bay Area native and has an extensive background in the hospitality industry in San Francisco where he achieved notable success.

Don brings the same commitment of excellence to the senior community. Don is a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors (SCSA) and achieved his CSA certification in 2015. For the past several years, Don has been helping families transition from In-Home Care to Senior Living Communities. He has developed an affinity to find the best positive living solutions available, each tailored to meet every family’s unique needs. He is a licensed real estate agent, experienced in successful property searches. Don has been partnered with Placement Helpers in the Bay Area for the past three years. He lives in Marin County with his wife Susan who also has an extensive Home Care background, They have two wonderful children. Don and Susan both embrace positive aging and look forward to helping countless families navigate the world of Senior living.
