About Lauren Ross:

Passionate senior living expert with over 15 years of experience. Lauren started her career in senior living on the community side, serving in an array of positions with seniors directly, eventually progressing to operational management. After serving in communities Lauren found her true passion was helping families find their loved ones or seniors themselves find their forever home. Providing expertise in all areas of senior living placement. Lauren works intimately with her families and senior living partners to be knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way, working to make a daunting process easier and help families confidently make selections. Holding special knowledge and expertise in the memory care sector, and the challenges that accompany placement of those afflicted with all forms of memory impairment.

Lauren, her husband and two small children live in the hill country of Texas, although a 5th generation California having worked in both states extensively, Texas finally became her forever home. Our family loves nature, the great outdoors and all things adventure. Hobbies are centered upon, hiking, swimming, camping and an avid visitor of national parks.
