Personal details: name, email, phone, city/ZIP, relationship to the person in need of care, care needs, budget range, timing, and preferences you share via forms, calls, or SMS.
Services & intake info: family context, care location, required level of care (e.g., assisted living, memory care, in-home care, residential care homes), accessibility needs, notes from advisory calls.
Account credentials (if we offer portals): username and password.
Payment/billing (only if you pay us online): limited billing details processed via our payment provider(s).
Communications: emails, chat messages, SMS/MMS, survey responses, reviews, and (with notice) call recordings for quality and training.
Job applicants/advisors/franchise prospects: résumé/CV, background info, professional details.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily provide it in the context of advisory services (for example, health-related needs you share to help us identify appropriate care options). We treat such info with heightened care and only use it to provide requested services.

Directly from you: website forms, phone calls, text messages, email, webinars, discovery calls, events.
Automatically: cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you use our site.
From partners/service providers: call systems, marketing/analytics tools, web hosts, form processors, CRM.
Public sources: business listings, social profiles, review sites (for franchise or recruiting purposes).
5) Why We Use It (Our Purposes)

9) How We Share Information

Advisors & affiliates: Placement Helpers’ internal team and (as applicable) franchise operations strictly to serve you.
